Thompson Residence
We removed 1x12 decking over truss straps to verify their existence
where the straps were missing, we installed Simpson Heavy Duty truss clips
we installed 1/2" 4 ply plywood over the 1x12s,

Ed Spear Residence
Ed's house was in need of new roof, we installed Certainteed Landmark "Silver Birch" shingles and a new flat roof, good to go

Goodson Residence, Satellite Beach
We had a nice job to do this time, not too much wood damage, a flat roof with
a pitch, we used the Flintlastic SA products on a three ply system, Certainteed 40 yr Hunter Green shingles, what more could we ask for?
