"From my initial meeting with Jim Behan, for the inspection of the existing roofing and subsequent estimate for a re-roof, I felt confident that my expectations for professional workmanship, honesty and conduct would be entirely satisfied by selecting Behan Roofing. A pleasant surprise was to observe the owner, Jim, on the roof every minute of the project physically working shoulder to shoulder with his employees. I was impressed by his hands-on approach and attention to details. During the estimate phase we discussed potential modifications to increase the integrity of the house as well as the roof - final decision to be made upon removal of existing roof material. Changer recommended were not made without my personal inspection and decision, completely exclusive of any pressure to make changes on the part of Jim Behan. The final result is total satisfaction plus a pleasant experience with Behan Roofing and the caring, competent and courteous crew of employees.
