This is from our last job in Melbourne Beach, The amount of wood work can be directly related to the double layer of shingles on this 40 year old home. Roof leaks Save Money?

We had a call from a previous customer on Tuesday after about 2 inches of rain, our customer had his new roof installed in December, and he noticed a couple of stains in the garage ceiling. After investigating, the stains were from the Old roof, he was happy it wasn't active.

We were getting ready to leave, he shook my hand and told me how well everything worked for him. He saved $2000 a year in homeowners insurance for the Wind Mitigation we supplied, he recievec a $700 tax credit for Energy Star products, and his A/C bills were reduced significantly from the tapered Insulation on the flat roof and Energy Star shingles
