this is what we found when we removed one of the louvers, the metal diverters had failed. Cause of this event? most likely electrolysis between dissimilar metals (copper and steel) |
we removed the old diverters, installed a self adhesive flashing tape to separate new aluminum diverters and the existing copper pans |
